30-Day Return and Refund Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund, exchange, or store credit, provided it meets the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags, labels, or protective packaging intact.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards.
- Sale items (if marked “Final Sale”).
- Used or damaged products due to misuse.
How to Return Your Item
- Contact Us:
To initiate a return, email us at returns@luxelocks.shop with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable). - Pack and Ship:
Repack the product securely in its original packaging. Include your order number, a note explaining the reason for the return, and a copy of your receipt. - Return Shipping:
- If the return is due to a defect or our mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If you are returning an item for other reasons (e.g., no longer want the product), you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- If rejected, we will notify you with the reason for rejection, and you may opt for an exchange or store credit instead.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is posted.

Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at returns@luxelocks.shop with your order number and details about the product.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, if the order has already been processed or shipped, it will need to follow our standard return process.
